You can either sign the lease and get the keys or decide not to rent it. Payment is made after signing.
When will my card be charged?
Only after you sign the lease, following the viewing.

Once the landlord approves, you can visit at the reserved time to decide on the rental.

How is rent payment handled?
Monthly rent is automatically charged on the due date. You can update your card details anytime.
