Subscription Terms
Last Updated: Mar 7, 2026
These Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern all paid Subscription Plans (“Plans”) offered by EasyFlat Inc. (DBA “Nmbr”) and form part of the Nmbr Terms of Service. By subscribing to any Plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms. These Terms are written to be clear, user-friendly, and enforceable.
1. Definitions
“Tenant Sourced or Facilitated by Nmbr”
Any tenant who applies, is verified, screened, matched, forwarded, scheduled, or communicated through Nmbr — regardless of where the initial contact originated.“Qualified Tenant”
A tenant who passes Nmbr's verification standards and completes required documentation.“Cooperation Requirement”
Landlords must provide timely responses (within 24 hours), accurate property details, required verification documents, access instructions, and availability for key handover.“Service Outage”
A continuous, platform-wide technical failure preventing the use of paid features for more than 7 consecutive days.“Billing Cycle”
The recurring subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or otherwise) defined at purchase.2. Subscription Plans
Nmbr offers recurring paid Subscription Plans for both Landlords and Tenants. Each Plan includes features listed on the Nmbr website or within the Nmbr dashboard. Nmbr may update, modify, introduce, or discontinue Plans at any time.
2.1 Subscription Per Property (One Subscription = One Unit)
Each Subscription applies to one rental property (one unit). Landlords who manage multiple properties must maintain a separate active Subscription for each unit listed on Nmbr. All services — listing, matching, screening, communication, contract generation, and (where applicable) Payment Protection — apply only to the property covered by its corresponding Subscription.
3. Billing Cycles
Plans may be billed monthly, quarterly, or at another interval clearly stated during purchase.
Your billing cycle begins on the date you activate a Plan.
4. Automatic Renewal
All Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
By subscribing, you authorize Nmbr and its payment partners to store your payment method, charge recurring fees, and charge applicable taxes.
5. Pricing and Updates
Nmbr may change Plan pricing at any time. If pricing changes, Nmbr will notify you when required by law. New pricing applies upon the next billing cycle. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6. Taxes
Subscription fees may include federal, state, or local taxes. Nmbr may automatically collect applicable taxes.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime via your Nmbr dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Non-use does not entitle you to refunds or credits.
8. Refund Policy
Nmbr may issue refunds only in the following cases:
- Technical Service Failure – a Service Outage lasting more than 7 consecutive days.
- Legal Requirements – where refunds are required by applicable law.
All other payments are non-refundable once services have begun.
9. No Refunds for Market or User-Driven Reasons
Nmbr does not issue refunds for circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to:
- Tenant withdrawal or non-responsiveness
- Landlord delays or changes to rental terms
- Market conditions affecting tenant demand
- Incomplete or inaccurate user information
- Failure to meet the Cooperation Requirement
10. Upgrades and Downgrades
10.1 Upgrades
Take effect immediately. Nmbr will charge a prorated amount for the remaining billing period.
10.2 Downgrades
Take effect at the next billing cycle. Some features may not be restored after downgrading.
11. Failed or Declined Payments
If payment fails, Nmbr may retry automatically, suspend access to paid features, or terminate the subscription after 14 days of non-payment. You remain responsible for unpaid balances.
12. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of using Nmbr's refund process may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
13. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Nmbr to store payment credentials, charge recurring fees, charge unpaid balances, and use third-party processors. Nmbr does not store full card details.
14. Changes to Subscription Terms
Nmbr may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
15. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nmbr is not liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages.
- Nmbr's total liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Mandatory legal rights are not limited.
16. Relationship to Other Agreements
These Terms supplement the Nmbr Terms of Service, Payment Protection Terms, and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, these Terms control for subscription matters.
