What if you don't find a tenant within 3 days?
If no tenant is found within the first days, you can request a refund. Nmbr will cancel your subscription and refund the payment according to the Subscription Terms.
What if the apartment is not rented within 14 days?
If your apartment is still not rented, you may request a refund. Nmbr will process the cancellation and return the subscription payment as defined in the Subscription Terms.
How do you screen tenants?
Tenants are screened through automated checks, including identity verification, income and affordability review, fraud signals, and rental history where available. Only verified tenants are presented to landlords.
Who communicates with tenants?
Nmbr handles all initial tenant communication, screening, and scheduling. You only start communicating with pre-verified tenants at the viewing stage, after they have passed checks.
Who makes the final decision on the tenant?
You do. Nmbr recommends and organizes candidates, but the landlord always makes the final approval decision.
Who shows the apartment to tenants?
An Nmbr agent or the landlord shows the apartment personally. Showings are scheduled only with pre-verified tenants you select from the approved list.
How do you provide full guarantees for landlords?
If a tenant fails to pay rent, Nmbr can step in to protect you. Nmbr covers missed rent payments for up to three (3) months, available only on select subscription plans, and strictly in accordance with the Payment Protection Terms.
