This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for paid Nmbr subscriptions and services. It forms part of the Nmbr Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy applies to payments made for Nmbr subscription plans, listing services, tenant search workflows, screening support, and related paid features.
If a purchase flow, plan page, invoice, or written agreement includes different refund terms, those terms control for that specific purchase.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription through your Nmbr account or by contacting Nmbr support. Unless a different rule is shown at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Stopping use of Nmbr, deleting an account, removing a listing, or uninstalling an app does not automatically cancel a paid subscription.
3. When Refunds May Be Available
Nmbr may issue refunds in the following cases:
- a refund guarantee was expressly included in your selected plan or purchase flow and its conditions are met
- a continuous, platform-wide technical failure prevents use of paid features for more than 7 consecutive days
- Nmbr is required to provide a refund by applicable law
- Nmbr confirms in writing that a billing error occurred
Refund guarantees apply only to the specific plan, property, timeline, and conditions shown at purchase.
4. Refund Guarantee Conditions
Where a plan includes a tenant-search refund guarantee, the user must meet all cooperation requirements connected with the plan. These may include providing accurate property details, lawful rental terms, access information, required documents, timely responses, and reasonable availability for showings.
Nmbr may deny a refund request if the listing information is incomplete or inaccurate, the property is unavailable, the rental terms change materially, the user does not cooperate, or the request falls outside the stated guarantee period.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless required by law or expressly stated at purchase, refunds are not available for:
- tenant withdrawal or non-responsiveness
- landlord delays or changes to rental terms
- market conditions affecting tenant demand
- incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed user information
- failure to meet cooperation requirements
- renewals that were not cancelled before the next cycle
- services already substantially performed by Nmbr
- accounts suspended or terminated for misuse or fraud
6. How To Request A Refund
To request a refund, contact Nmbr support and include the account email, property address or listing ID, payment date, and reason for the request.
Nmbr may ask for additional information before approving or denying a refund request.
7. Payment Processing And Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless Nmbr confirms another legally permitted method. Payment processors and banks may take additional time to post approved refunds.
Nmbr does not refund third-party fees, bank fees, or taxes unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact Nmbr support before initiating a chargeback. Nmbr may suspend or terminate access to paid services while a chargeback or payment dispute is pending.
